Job Description
Skills: Oracle Financials, AP, GL, PA, FA, Oracle 11.0.3/11i, PL/ SQL,
SQL Loader Scripts, Forms 6i/4.5, Reports6i/2.5
Skills Required & Knowledge:
* Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Oracle Financials with focus on
Account Payable/General Ledger & GIS/Project Accounting/Fixed
Assets/Purchasing.
* Strong PL/SQL skills. Proven track record of customization is
essential.
* Experience with Oracle Technologies in Customization of Oracle
Modules
* In Depth knowledge of the following technical components of Oracle
Applications - AOL, APIs, Workflow, Alerts, Forms and Reports
* Regarded as expert using development technologies including: SQL,
PL/SQL, XML, Oracle database knowledge, Linux and MS platform
knowledge.
* Strong analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills. Able to
lead and drive problem solving and debugging strategies for complex
problems that involve multiple organizations.
* Able to easily achieve mastery of new tools, languages and operating
systems.
* In-depth knowledge of multiple Software Lifecycle and Quality
Assurance methodologies. Able to apply multiple Software Lifecycle and
Quality Assurance methods appropriately.
* Experience in dealing with Oracle Base Code (AP Workbench as
required).
* System Development Methodologies (Microsoft Software Framework MSF,
CMM)
* Modeling System and Design
* Oracle 11.0.3/11i, PL/ SQL, SQL Loader Scripts, Forms 6i/4.5,
Reports6i/2.5
* Principles of Software Quality Process
* General Knowledge about Commercial Systems
* Distributed System Architecture
* Unix/Linux operating system experience
